If Smart Scraper Studio is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan (Starter, Pro or AI, monthly or yearly) and we refund it in full. No questions asked.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the link in your receipt email or by writing to us; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal charge surprised you, write to us within 14 days of that charge and we refund it.
AI credits
Unused AI credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits already used are not refundable. A failed AI answer never uses a credit.
Something not working?
Tell us first — we usually fix problems within a day. If we cannot fix it, we refund the unused part of your plan, even after 14 days.
How to ask
Email [email protected] with the email you used to pay. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Our order process may be handled by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for those orders; Paddle also handles refund requests and customer service for those orders.

Where does the data come from? Only from public business sources such as directories and company websites. Anyone can ask to be removed from our outreach by emailing [email protected].
Where is my data kept? When you use Smart Scraper Studio, your results stay on your own computer.
