By using Smart Scraper Studio, Smart Scraper Video or www.hirewebscraper.com you agree to these terms.
Fair use
Use the tools only for lawful purposes. Respect the terms of the websites you collect data from, data protection laws (such as GDPR) and anti-spam laws. Do not use the tools to send spam or to collect private data of people without a legal reason.
Your content
You own the data you collect and the videos you make. You are responsible for what you publish on your channels, including following YouTube, Meta and LinkedIn rules.
Plans and payment
Paid plans unlock features for the period you paid for. If something does not work, contact us and we will fix it or refund the unused part. See our Refund Policy (14-day money-back guarantee). Our order process may be conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for those orders and provides customer service and handles returns for them.
AI features
Some features use AI models. You can use your own key from an AI provider (for example Google Gemini or Groq) — then that provider's terms apply to you directly. The AI plan also includes a small free AI starter run by us on Cloudflare Workers AI. AI answers can be wrong: check important results before you use them. You may not use the AI features for anything illegal, for spam, to harass people, to create malware or deceptive content, or in any way that breaks the usage policies of the model providers (for example the Anthropic Usage Policy and the Llama Acceptable Use Policy). We may pause AI access for accounts that break these rules. Some models are Built with Llama (Meta Llama 3, licensed under the Llama Community License).
AI credits
AI credits are an optional prepaid balance for AI answers run by us. The price and the number of credits are shown before you pay; there is no automatic top-up and no subscription unless you choose one. One credit is normally one AI answer (answers from larger models may use more credits — the app shows the balance). A failed answer never uses a credit. Credits belong to your licence email, are valid for 12 months from your last top-up and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you are not happy, write to us within 14 days of a purchase and we refund the unused credits. We may change which AI model answers to keep quality and price stable, and we keep a monthly safety limit per account to stop misuse.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
