FAQ

How does it work?

Most Shopify stores publish a public product feed. We read that feed once and turn it into a CSV — no login, no browser extension.

Is it free?

Yes — 5 stores a day, up to 500 variants each, no signup.

Can I get the whole catalogue, images and other shop platforms?

Yes — Smart Scraper Studio's Product Scraper exports whole Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and most other shops (8 pages at once, no browser), downloads images named by SKU, writes a Shopify import CSV and shows price changes since your last run.

Is it legal?

It reads public product information that the store publishes. Respect the store's terms, don't copy their photos or texts as your own, and use the data for research, price monitoring or your own catalogue work.

It says the feed is closed — why?

Some stores switch the public feed off. The desktop app then reads the product pages instead (schema.org data).
