This policy explains how HireWebScraper (owner: S M Suvo Ahmed, Bangladesh) handles data in the Smart Scraper Studio desktop app, the website www.hirewebscraper.com and the "Smart Scraper Video" tool.

What we collect

Website: the messages and payment notes you send us, and basic anonymous visit counts. App: an anonymous install id, the app version and the plan you use, so we can deliver updates and licences. The leads, files and projects you create stay on your own computer.

Google / YouTube data

The Smart Scraper Video tool asks for the YouTube permission youtube.upload only to upload the videos you approve to your own channel. The access token is stored only on your computer. We do not read, store on our servers, sell or share your Google or YouTube data, and we do not use it for advertising or to train AI models. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can remove access any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. YouTube is used under the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

AI services

When you use AI features, the text needed for that task is sent to the AI service you chose (for example Google Gemini, Groq or OpenRouter) with your own key, under that provider's terms.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the services needed to run the product (hosting, payment, email) or when the law requires it.
